I started learning about the breath with one goal in mind: to create a better, anti-fragile system, in both mind and body, no matter the situation. Over the last several years, I have studied, practiced, and tested the entire spectrum of breathing methodologies in order to scale and adapt these methods to every person’s needs (instead of trying to fit every individual into a single methodology). It is my privilege to help you along your journey, no matter where you are today.
